Coggins Clinic - Friday, January 25th, 2013 @ 6pm

Don't be late - we are usually done in 45 min to an hour and once the last blood draw has been done...doc loads up and is out of there!!!!

Prices are as follows:
Coggins $15
EWT $15
Flu Rhino $20
Strangles $15
Annual West Nile $30
Rabies $10
Liquid Ivermectin Wormer $6

New for 2013 are Photo Coggins...to have this done, we have very specific steps that have to be taken - NO EXCEPTIONS:
1.) Get your coggin's forms from Gwen Kinney - they will be available for pick up at the members mtg on Jan 15th - if you can not make the mtg, you will need to make arrangements with Gwen to get the forms.
 
2.) Each horse will be preassigned a number from the form and it will be recorded on a master sheet

3A.) Go home and take 3 digital photo's of each horse...Pic #1 showing the complete right side of your horse, Pic #2 showing the full right side of your horse and Pic #3 showing the full front view of your horse. Name each picture with the assigned number from your form. Example: 123456-1, 123456-2 and 123456-3. Then e-mail the photo's to Gwen by Wednesday, January 23rd. OR

3B.) We will be at the TLPRC arena on Friday January 18th from 7:00-8:00pm and will take your photo's for you.

4.) We will provide all the pics to the vet with the forms at the completion of the clinic.
