4-H Goat and Lamb Clinic

There will be a county wide goat and lamb clinic on July 7 at the Bastrop Area Livestock Show Barn from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Sarah Brister, breeder from Gatesville will present the program on selection, feeding, nutrition and showmanship of sheep and goats.  The cost will be $65 per person.  Sausage wraps will be served for lunch.  Registration includes a full one year subscription to "The Drive" magazine.  Call the Extension office to RSVP by July 5 at (512) 581-7186.  You can pay registration on site on July 7.
